Kundalini Yoga is a powerful practice that combines various elements to bring balance and harmony to the body, mind, and spirit. It involves the use of breath control (pranayama), hand gestures (mudras), mental focus, chanting of mantras, physical movements, and meditation.
This holistic approach helps to regulate the glandular system, strengthen the nervous and immune systems, increase lung capacity, and purify the blood. It also helps to release tensions and emotions stored in the body, bringing a sense of peace and well-being.
